NOWOS performs diagnostics at multiple stages: before repair, after repair, and during second-life qualification.
Activities include capacity testing, resistance measurement, and BMS analysis.
NOWOS diagnoses, disassembles, and repairs lithium-ion batteries using OEM-approved parts and procedures.
We maintain full EU compliance as well as UN38.3 and CE standards.
Repair includes BMS work, fuse replacement, cell balancing, etc.

NOWOS performs routine or preventive procedures carried out to extend battery life, avoid degradation, and reduce the need for repairs or replacements.
This includes preventive measures like balancing, firmware checks, deep discharge prevention, and BMS updates to extend battery life without entering into repair or reuse classification.
‘Repair’ is defined by EU Law as restoring a non-functioning product to working order using original or equivalent parts without changing its intended function.
