Mechanical Integrity: Inspecting welds and terminals to prevent hotspots and energy loss from vibration or thermal stress.
System Intelligence: BMS diagnostics and firmware updates to correct sensor drift and ensure accurate State of Charge (SoC) reporting.
Safety & Compliance: Proactive fault detection (thermal runaway/deep discharge) to maintain warranty status and regulatory standards.
