October 3-7 | Starting at $500EU-compliant Diagnostics, Maintenance, and Repairs
primary servicesNOWOS offers comprehensive battery repair services designed to extend the life of lithium-ion battery packs, reduce downtime, and maximize asset value. Our approach combines industry-grade diagnostics, component-level repair, safety-first processes, and transparent reporting to deliver reliable, traceable outcomes across industries.
What we do
Diagnostic assessment: Full electrical and mechanical evaluation including capacity testing, internal resistance measurement, cell balancing analysis, thermal imaging, and state-of-health reporting to determine repairability and estimated remaining useful life.
Cell- and module-level repair: Replacement of degraded or failed cells and modules, rebalancing, connection resoldering, busbar and connector repair, and controlled reassembly to restore pack performance while maintaining original design specifications where feasible.
BMS and electronics repair: Troubleshooting and repair of battery management systems, sensors, contactors, fuses, and communication interfaces; firmware diagnostics and configuration to ensure safe, accurate monitoring and control.
Structural and enclosure repair: Repair or replacement of housings, cooling systems, gaskets, seals, and mounting hardware to restore mechanical integrity and environmental protection.
Safety remediation and compliance: Inspection and remediation of thermal damage, water intrusion, and other safety hazards; adherence to applicable safety standards and customer requirements; controlled discharge and safe transport preparation for damaged packs.
Performance verification: Post-repair validation including capacity, power, cycle testing, and final safety checks. Each repaired pack receives a performance certificate detailing test results and recommended operating parameters.
Battery passports and traceability: Full digital documentation of repair actions, replaced components, test results, and serial-level tracking to support warranty, resale, and second-life deployment.
Customized service plans: One-off repairs, subscription-based maintenance, fleet programs, emergency response, and on-site repair capabilities tailored to your operational needs.
Key benefits
Cost efficiency: Repairs typically cost significantly less than full replacement while recovering much of the original pack value.
Sustainability: Extends asset life and reduces raw-material demand, supporting circular-economy goals.
Reduced downtime: Faster turnaround than full replacement in many cases, with options for on-site emergency response.
Risk reduction: Expert handling minimizes safety risks and ensures compliance with transport and storage regulations.
Asset visibility: Detailed documentation and battery passports enable confident reuse, resale, or second-life deployment.
Industries served
Electric vehicles (passenger, commercial, off-highway)
Energy storage systems (stationary BESS for renewables, backup)
Material handling (forklifts, automated guided vehicles)
