Warehouse Specialist - 40 hours per week

What will you do?
As a Warehouse Specialist, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of warehouse activities and inventory management. Your mission is to ensure that every battery and spare part is handled, stored, and documented with 100% accuracy in line with NOWOS SOPs.
Your core responsibilities:
Warehouse Execution: Oversee receiving, sorting, put-away, and internal transfers, including the safe loading and unloading of trucks using manual handling or MHE.
Stock Ownership: Maintain high-accuracy records for battery and spare part movements, including location control and status assignments (available, quarantine, or scrap).
Outbound Excellence: Coordinate packing and shipping preparations, ensuring batteries are packed in approved materials with all required ADR labeling and documentation.
Compliance & Quality: Identify and escalate nonconformities, support cycle counts, and provide evidence for QMS audits. Testing batteries.

Your profile:
Mindset: A strong discipline for record-keeping and a "right-first-time" approach to data entry and labeling.
A forklift certificate or the willingness to obtain one.
Desired experience: background in warehouse or logistics operations.
MBO-diploma or equivalent.
