HR advisor - 24 hours per week

Your role at NOWOS

As our HR Advisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day HR operations at NOWOS. Operating at both tactical and operational levels, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters. You will contribute to various HR projects, manage employee files, oversee (payroll) changes, and support recruitment and selection processes. From onboarding new colleagues to ensuring they feel welcome from day one. You help build the NOWOS culture.

You organize training sessions for employees and make a valuable contribution to the development and updating of the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E).

You will work closely with our HR Manager based in France, and collaborate with colleagues across our international locations. At NOWOS, English is our working language, both spoken and written.

What you bring

  • A completed college degree in HRM or similar

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a broad HR role

  • Knowledge of Dutch employment law

  • A proactive, people-oriented attitude and the ability to connect with colleagues at all levels

  • You work independently, are proactive, discreet and have good communication skills

  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently

  • You feel at home in a dynamic, international working environment

  • Ideally, you live near Amersfoort
